Wow, this week flew by!
On MONDAY we received all the images from our Cake Design Team of the next new products we're releasing. They're launching the week of the 19th October and we can't wait for you to see them! Like us on Facebook to see sneak peeks, coming next week.
On TUESDAY we focused on Pinterest and saw that our KSD Photo Challenge Competition board has a great collection of images pinned to it so far. We love that you're embracing the challenge and there's still 3 weeks left to enter the competition. See here for how to enter. On Tuesday evening, in preparation for Thursday's blog post, Emma from our Marketing team made cakes......
...which we then got to eat taste test in the office on WEDNESDAY! On Wednesday evening, after work, Noreen taught Jo, who is in charge of Customer Service and the office at Katy Sue HQ, how to make a spooky Halloween Trick or Treat tin. Here she is in action!
Jo considers herself a novice when it comes to crafting, so Noreen was giving her basic tips about how to use the moulds with clay. The next step is to paint the tin, which Jo is looking forward to doing this weekend.
On THURSDAY, plans were finalised for Cake International. All of the team going this year are thrilled to be involved, it's very exciting and only a month away! We'll be at stand F28 from the 6th - 8th November at the Birmingham NEC - why not come and say hello. (Additionally we're the sponsor for the Cupcake Competition Class - so good luck to all who are entering!)
As many of you already know, we're also one of the sponsors of the Cake Masters Awards 2015. We're sponsoring the Cupcake Award category and on FRIDAY we got the list of finalists from Cake Masters Magazine and announced them on Facebook and Instagram yesterday. These are the lucky 4:
